Shipping policy

Processing time for an order may vary as the items are handmade, but we aim to ship and get it to your door within 2-4 business days. During December we will have a cutoff deadline for expected Christmas delivery. 

Royal Mail will be used for all orders.

At this moment, we do not ship internationally. 

If you have lost or damaged good, please email batgirl69jules@gmail.com for further information. We will have tracking numbers available for every parcel.
